Becoming who I want to be. Who I needed to be. My best self. My only competition is myself. Staying in MY lane and documenting it as I go along. Join me.
Been on this #weightlossjourney here in #DC and so far have released over 65lbs. Peppers used as a tool along with changing my diet, listening to my body and moving it have all gotten me here. It first started in my mind and from there, it was over for the fat! Do I have more work to do? Yep! Have I come far though? Sure have! I can’t wait to see where I end this journey and go to maintenance🥹

Sometimes, I get so bogged down with researching, making everything factual or perfect and so I don’t post. On here or on TikTok or anywhere. And I am seeing the bottleneck and I know the why. Moving to change that and hope to just post something. Whether its a photo, or a clip or a full video somewhere, anywhere.
