I’m Essie B — Ward 8 homeowner, DC native, mama of three, and walking proof that reinvention doesn’t expire at 40.

I am here to show accountability in this journey called life. A question I needed to think about was, “Who am I?”

I am, first and foremost, a Christian. I am imperfect but forgiven and redeemed by Christ as my Lord and Savior. Next, I’m also a mom of three boys. My boys are my everything. They are the reason I get up in the morning, and they are the reason I work so hard. I want to give them the best possible life, and I want to set them up for success. There is never a dull moment in my house. Even my pupper is a guy!

By day, I’m a Settlement Manager and licensed title insurance producer helping first-time homebuyers secure keys and build real legacy in the DC Metro Area (DMV). This isn’t just paperwork — it’s ownership, stability, and community power.

By lifestyle? I’m in my health and self-improvement era. Peptides, discipline, hydration, mindset, faith — all of it. I share my wellness journey transparently as a midlife Black woman balancing hormones, ADHD, motherhood, and ambition. No fluff. Just real evolution.

I’m also deep in generative AI and content creation because the future is tech-driven and I refuse to be left out of the conversation. First-gen college student (on pause from Southern New Hampshire University) planning to finish my Political Science degree — because understanding systems matters.
